Troubleshooting: Trainer Certificate IDs

Trainer certification IDs allow trainers to start training on XBody devices. To acquire a Trainer Certification, please contact our customer support for details.

General Troubleshooting for Trainer Certification IDs

  • Ensure that your Certification ID is still valid.
  • Make sure to add the Certification ID provided by us to the trainer's profile.
  • Verify that the tablet is running the latest software version.

Cannot Start Training with a Valid Trainer Certification

If you cannot start training despite having a valid Trainer Certification and completing the troubleshooting steps above, please contact our customer support. We will ask for the following details:

  • Description of the issue experienced
  • Tablet’s serial number
  • Trainer Certification ID
  • A picture of the device info (navigate to Administrator and click on the Device Info button, located at the bottom of the screen)
