Trainer certification IDs allow trainers to
start training on XBody devices. To acquire a Trainer Certification, please
contact our customer support for details.
General
Troubleshooting for Trainer Certification IDs
- Ensure that your Certification ID is still valid.
- Make sure to add the Certification ID provided by us to the
trainer's profile.
- Verify that the tablet is running the latest software version.
Cannot
Start Training with a Valid Trainer Certification
If you cannot start training despite having a
valid Trainer Certification and completing the troubleshooting steps above,
please contact our customer support. We will ask for the following details:
- Description of the issue experienced
- Tablet’s serial number
- Trainer Certification ID
- A picture of the device info (navigate to Administrator and click
on the Device Info button, located at the bottom of the screen)
